Beginning in 2000 with the U. Are Here(TM) map, a 'student-housing apartment map' which advertised rental communities' proximity to the University of Florida. The U. Are Here(TM) map contained a detailed map of the campus and housing advertisements. U. Are Here(TM) distributed 30,000 publications per semester both on and off campus. As time passed, the need for a multi-family housing 'apartment map' in larger metro areas was apparent. From student housing we ventured into multi family housing and began publishing Apartment Rental Maps in Orlando, Florida beginning in 2006. Currently, our sole focus has transitioned into RentOffBase.com and coming soon our Vacation Rental (By Owner) website.
